South Carolina women’s basketball recruiting 2022

South Carolina is ranked as one of the top programs in the country after a prolific 2020 recruiting class. This coming year, they’re set to land three more top classes, one of which will include two additional, ranked commits.

Let’s dive right in, with South Carolina’s 2021 (and the most impressive) class size.

Those three players coming to Palmetto State will be the greatest trio of recruiting classes in the history of the women’s college basketball scene in South Carolina.

It’s a group of four who will make South Carolina the best college basketball program in the entire country.

The class of 2021 (and the second of the three classes led by Sarah Emmert) is the most talented and prolific top class of recruiting in college basketball this past decade. The class in #2 takes place on Feb. 22, 2021. The class of 2021 is still eligible to sign in 2021 or 2022.

Now, these are definitely some talented players. Against all odds, the class of 2021 is currently ranked as the second-best recruiting class in the country.

South Carolina’s 2021 National Signing Day 2021 will take place on Feb. 22, 2021. #1 Texas A&M will be welcoming the cream of the class of 2021, with the final two class’ names still to be revealed.

South Carolina’s Next Class Signing Day 2021

The class of 2021 brings back many of the breakout players of the past class, including Kayla Whyte, Evrice Johnson, Emily Wells, Sidney Mensah, and Jade Lemon. South Carolina is consistently ranked as one of the top teams in the country and has seen many stars sign with the Gamecocks over the past decade. This class is as good as its part.

  • These are the recruits the Gamecocks will be welcoming into the squad in 2021:
  • The Talia Steyn Trophy, the highest-rated recruiting class in college basketball this past decade, has been awarded to the class of 2021.
  • South Carolina’s three 2021 classes in a row will all rank as one of the top classes in the entire country.
  • The class of 2021 has produced three of the top classes in the entire country.
  • South Carolina has been the best in the country for the past ten years in a row. It’s been the best in the country for the past ten years.
  • South Carolina has produced two consecutive, top ten recruiting classes in women’s college basketball since 2015-16, with a third class in the coming year. This doesn’t even include the class of 2021.

In the past ten years

South Carolina has had a combined record of +522-95, which is the best record in the country. Last year’s class was the top recruit in the class of 2021. The past three classes as well as the class of 2021 are all listed as top ten recruiting classes in the country. South Carolina women’s basketball recruiting 2022.

South Carolina’s 2021 recruit list will include, however, only one female player listed as a top prospect.

The class of 2021 will produce six classes in the top 40 in the country.
